How I can give support to others.


What one thing can I offer to help relieve stress, tension or anxiety in my team?

Note down your thoughts. If doing the exercise as a pair or in a group – go round and share what you could offer.


3. Who I can support

Identifying a person I can support.


Which one of my connections will I reach out to and offer my form of support to?

Think about what you said in the previous exercise.

Who do you know could benefit from your support? Make a plan of how you will reach out to them – you can share it with your team if you wish.
