We’re working with 3Space to prove the social impact of their shared workspace in Brixton. International House is an affordable workspace home to a mixture of commercial and non-profit tenants.

Celebrating places that support serendipitous connection

Like many office spaces, International House provides those that work there the chance to connect and build new relationships. 3Space’s model sees commercial and non-profit tenants mixed together in one site.

Creating Community Powered Data

Those working at International House are using AKOU’s app to map out connections they’ve made there. The insights gathered will provide metrics to understand the social capital that has been created. It’s a two way process so they’ll be able to individually see the value they bring to others and the space too.

This project is part of a wider piece of work that AKOU is conducting with Lambeth Council to measure the impact of the revitalisation of the Brixton Rec Quarter.
