Freelance Project Manager
About you:
You’re a Project Manager with experience of managing projects that include diverse sets of stakeholders. You have experience managing client and stakeholder relationships and working collaboratively with your team to ensure the timely delivery of projects. You’ll be able to understand and oversee a range of complex projects simultaneously and be capable of delivering to tight deadlines in collaboration with your team.
The role:
We’re looking for a freelancer (around 2 days per week), with the view to joining the team full-time in the future. You’ll predominantly work with the live projects team and will collaborate to ensure smooth delivery of live projects and knowledge sharing across departments within the company.
You’ll have some experience and be willing to learn and develop on the job in the following areas:
- Client management and communication with the senior client team
- Team management and task delegation
- Project operations management (updating project management documents, project plans, community management systems and project management tools such as Click up)
- Budget management
- Mobilising new projects
Location:
Flexible, though you would be expected to come to our office in Brixton, London for a minimum of 1 day a week.

If you work with us you may find yourself:
- Working across 3-4 projects at one time, leading research and consultation on each of them
- Being part of complex community engagement strategies that seek to change the way consultation and regeneration are commonly done
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure the timely delivery of projects
- Feeding research findings from live projects into our R&D department to support the development and implementation of our in-house tech tools
