PROVIDING SPACE AND SUPPORT FOR MEANINGFUL ENGAGEMENT.

We’re working with Soho Housing Association as they undertake a building improvement scheme at their Sandringham Flats site. Major external repairs and upgrades to the block are to be carried out and with them an opportunity to provide additional improvements and changes to the facilities on the site. We’re leading an engagement process to understand the needs and wishes of residents.

Collaborating closely with the Soho Housing team, AKOU will be working to create a space for dialogue with residents. Blending online and in-person engagement, we’ll be making the process of feeding into the project as accessible as possible. Our input will ensure a transparent engagement process and allow for resident voices and involvement to be included from the start.

Impact measurement made relevant

Alongside engagement and consultation, AKOU will be responsible for measuring the impact of the project. With the Soho Housing team and residents, we will lead a co-design process to create a relevant impact framework and set of indicators. This will be used to evidence outcomes and will strengthen cases for funding, grants, and lending for the client. We’ll be involved throughout, from baseline through to tracking and final reporting.
